Public areas were clean, location was convenient, room linens were not clean, and staff was uncooperative.

Met all of my expectations.

Hotel is centrally located, easy to get to. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Would stay there again if I was to come back to Birmingham.

the staff was slightly rude and house keeping started knocking on the doors at 8am. the air conditioner seemed to not work in all our rooms.

Not much, it is old and dirty.
Old and dirty.

This hotel is old and not very well kept. It is located next to a university. It seems to gather to a younger hip hop crowd. Noisy all night. want be staying at this place again.
